Performancecollectief URLAND maakt samen met de Nederlands-IJslandse theatermaker Vincent van der Valk een onverklaarbare doch appetijtelijke mini-revue over het Eindtijdverhaal uit de noordse mythologie. De ‘Ragnarok’ is een vlammend, kosmologisch, archetypisch, bombastisch, gewelddadig en even duister als hoopvol verhaal. Voor alle slikkers van pijnstillers, voor iedereen op zoek naar een verhaal in post-narratieve en post-digitale tijden, voor de over- en onderprikkelde kunstconsument. Het uur is U. Aldus blaast URLAND de Gjallarhoorn: it’s showtime!
‘URLAND doet’ is een speelse reeks met anti-theatrale experimenten. Het zijn stoute dromen, exclusief te zien in de studio van TR William Boothlaan (TR8). URLAND geeft in deze reeks hun antwoord op de veelvoudigheid en complexiteit van de absurde werkelijkheid. Drie weken werken, één week tonen. Geen woorden maar daden.
Performance collective URLAND, together with the Dutch-Icelandic theatre maker Vincent van der Valk, makes an inexplicable but appetizing mini-revue about the End-Time story from Norse mythology. The 'Ragnarok' is a flaming, cosmological, archetypal, bombastic, violent and as dark a story as it is hopeful. For all of those addicted to painkillers, for everyone looking for a story in these post-narrative and post-digital times, for all the over- and understimulated art consumers. The hour is NOW. Thus URLAND blows the Gjallar horn: it's showtime!

In this series, URLAND gives their answer to the multiplicity and complexity of absurd reality. Three weeks of work, one week of showing. No words, only deeds.
