What kind of festival is Feeling Curious?

Feeling Curious? is the international performance festival of Theater Rotterdam. We celebrate diversity, applaud the unusual, and embrace the unknown. During our 10-day festival, we offer our stage to artists from around the world.

This year’s festival is centered around the concepts of humanity and empathy. These words will hang above our entrance in flashing neon letters during the festival. We invite makers who, with their performances, can give the audience some grip in these flammable times. Makers who ask questions from a radical perspective and show a dot on the horizon. All starting from the power of imagination with recognizable and current topics such as sustainability, equality, and diversity. Performances that attempt to give solace, answers, and new prospects. We invite the audience and makers to share concerns, desires, and inspiration with each other during the festival.

Our next edition will take place from 25 sept till 5 oct 2024. Tickets will be on sale on the 4th of june.
